If you join a team
The team you should join is one that is collaborative.
um wants to see you succeed in and is doing a lot of transactions.
Like you want reps.
One, you need the reps for the educational purposes to learn how these things go.
I remember the first couple of deals I did with dad, like we got to the closing process.
Like we were under contract and now we had to get it to the closing.
And I was like, What the heck?
Now we're dealing with attorneys and title companies and appraisers and surveyors and
All this stuff, I'm like, how does all of this fit together to get to a closing?
It was just complete chaos from from where I sat.
So I needed the reps to just understand how how things worked.
And I'm I'm learning the whole time.
And then, you know, if you have a lot of transactional reps, even if you're the low man on the totem pole on some team, you're getting the education, but you're getting just a small piece of those deals, likely.
So you're you're probably not making a lot of money.
But you have some kind of regular sustainable cash flow that can keep you in the business.
