Yep. Old state weather. Okay. I like it. Yeah. What's the story with the uh cigar on the dog?
Well, a bulldog is the Marine Corps mascot. So when I was getting into leather work and all these guys on YouTube, they have their makers mark, you know, and I'm like, I need a mark. So what should it be? And so I was thinking, you know, it could be Marine Corps related or, you know, commercial real estate related or whatever. So I went with the Bulldog and I like smoking cigars, so It's a bulldog smoking a cigar. I like it. And Old State Leather is I live on Old State Road. Okay. So I just sorta like the way that sounded and whatever.
And that's made of leather. Right.
Yeah.
Oh, and it says by hand too, to be specific.

It was family video, right? The family videos?
Yeah.
The and I learned something interesting about it that I forget exactly what it was about the family videos that was so interesting. But anyway, tell us about the with the pens and the gifts that you got us on here it says the black foundation.
Yeah.
Say more.
Yeah, absolutely. So uh Black Foundation, we're a uh commercial real estate investment focused five oh one C three private foundation. So we focus on providing career pathways to minorities and veterans into commercial real estate while also expanding affordable and attainable housing.
Oh nice.
So yeah, you know, normal as Most nonprofits, you know, uh grants, scholarships, education, networking, giving, etc. A couple of things that make us unique. Uh, number one, we have an investments arm as well. So as you know, most nonprofits need money, right? So why not take a step back and become the bank? So doing our own commercial real estate deals, um, crypto, private equity, and uh venture capital as well too. So really leveraging the business activities inside of the organization.
