I think there are lots of reasons as a society for us to think about the limits of medicine and that lives have finitude.
I'm not sure that it's a health care issue as opposed to a social media, public issue.
And then the question is, what should we embed in the health care system, given we have limited time and energy?
What's the most important thing we can do that will have the most bang for our bucks?
But in general, I agree with 90 percent of what Rebecca said.
Oh, I strongly agree it should not be a quality metric.
