I I I tend to put it that it's a very difficult
process to take your loan application and navigate it through that maze of of uh regulations and layers.
I'll give you a a a crazy example.
Take a community bank in Iowa.
Uh, fortunately I'm leaving my eighty degree weather and I'm on a plane tonight to Iowa.
And
It's a community bank out of Cedar Rabbits.

And you want to open up a um
a restaurant in Cedar Rapids.
The community bank
not at the first seven or eight levels, but at the very last level the regulators will come in.
and the banks are being criticised for what?
They're being criticized for having a concentration of loans in one geographic area.
Which is just crazy.
So part of what you have to do
at the very beginning i is say, Hey, I understand you ha the Cedar Rapids com uh community, I understand the economy and this is how I'm gonna make money
in the Cedar Rapids area.
And that's something that you should address all the way up front and you don't even know why that's important.
But it gets important at the very end when these regulators come to say, Hey, you know what?
