place after place after place that was closing.
Um, a gift shop that had been around for fifty years, a gas station that had been in the family for fifty years.
uh a restaurant.
I mean we're talking second generation
uh family type businesses.
I'm not talking the
the uh yogurt shop that's in and out in in in nine months.
Yeah.
