But it is a hike where we literally hiked across the Arctic Circle.
There was a lot of other stuff we did on that island.
We took a lot of pictures of puffins, cute little birds.
If you've looked at my photography website, there's about a million pictures of puffins on my website, plus there was a lot of them on my social media.
But this one made it because, like, how cool is that?
Yeah.
I mean, the only people who get to do this, people go to the northern reaches of Alaska, Canada, something like that, Greenland.
But here we were hiking across the Arctic Circle.
and there's a little village there and an airfield.
There's a sign there that says it's the Arctic Circle.
But in reality, the Arctic Circle moves because the Earth does not spin.
It wobbles a little bit, spins a little bit on the axis.
So the Arctic Circle shifts.
So we actually had to hike back quite a ways.
There was this big round rock there.
that marked where the Irish Circle is and the locals push that rock back and forth every couple of years.
So I have pictures of me hugging this big round rock and standing in front of it and stuff like that.
