But it made my list because it's like, I'm never again, probably ever going to hike across the Arctic Circle.

But I did it that year, last year.

So my favorite hike for 2025, Grimsey Island, Iceland, hiking across the Arctic Circle.

Cool.

Or crossing the line for the Arctic Circle, however you want to put it.

Again, a short hike, 2.36 miles, not a big deal.

Not the most photogenic thing we did, but damn, was that kind of cool to hike across the Arctic Circle.

Yep.

So that's my 2025 hike.

So my hike for 2026 this year.

Now we're only a little more than halfway through, but this is my favorite hike so far this year.

This was the, you're going to recognize this one, the Lake Agnes hike in State Forest State Park.

This was just a couple of weeks ago, July 8th, 3.6 miles round trip.

Why was this my favorite one?

Because the views were to die for.

The photos I took there were absolutely to die for.

They were just gorgeous.

So I was up there with a friend.

We spent a couple of days up there, not in Lake Agnes, but in the state park.

We did another trail a couple of days later on the other side of the ridge from there.
