What do you do?
To me, it doesn't matter what you do.
Your bench becomes better with one of those two guys on the bench on a regular basis.
Yes, sir.
And so they bring them up.
So let's talk a little bit more about potentially.
We've seen all these contracts from Roman Anthony's back in the day was Jackson Churio.
Now we're talking about Colt Emerson.
These are all different sums of money for different types of players.
And while Emerson is really regarded as an elite shortstop, I don't think he has the same exact pedigree as Connor Griffin.
So when that does happen, what do you think that may look like?
And how many years would we be talking about?
He has another big one coming after that, maybe much bigger.
You know, I told Austin this earlier, and I really believe it, that now that he's up here, and if he does what I think most everyone expects him to do,
to start and get better because he will get better over time.
You certainly have the two most talked about generational talents here of the last several years in Paul Skeens and him.
And I would throw Cruz in there because I thought at the beginning of the season when we picked our MVPs, to me, he was my MVP.
If they were going to get to where they had to go, he had to be the man generating most of this.
Can he be not at that level?
But certainly, he's enticing to look at as a player in this league that people would talk about if he really starts hitting the ball on a regular basis.
