So it's like, all right, send him down there.
Let him get just some fine tuning, and then we'll bring him up whenever we have our home opener.

Yes.
If they really wanted to do that, they should have done it a different day so they could have sold more tickets.
Right.
But I think it had to do with the contract.
Okay.
I think they were dangling it in front of him a little bit.
Like, hey, sign the contract.
We'll call you up.
And if that's the case, I don't.
care.
You gotta find a way to pay him.
You gotta find a way to improve your ball club in the here and the now.
And he only missed six games.
And you gotta find a way to keep him here as long as possible.
And so if you're using his promotion as a dangling carrot, so be it.
They should be commended for that, not scorned for that.
So I don't give a rat's ass about that.
