If you're Clayton Adams and you just add him to an offense and suddenly they're a top ten rushing team, I would say that helps your quarterback too.

So so there there are uh a number of ways to look at this.

Shoddy has introduced us to Clayton Adams and and Christian Parker um is is one of those real

accomplishments just based on how we know how cowboys football works where where okay we we got Jason Garrett and Jason Garrett knew Scott Linehan and Scott Lineah knew uh you know Kellen Moore and so basically these

Every single guy that the Cowboys have put in an important spot over the last 20 years feels like somebody who was already tied to the organization somehow.

And then, you know, your your new head coach says, Yeah, the the guy who figured out the running game for the Arizona Cardinals and Vic Fangio's guy who went with him from Denver to to Philadelphia

Let's let's get those guys in here and and see if we can sort of unlock something that's been locked for for a long time.

So that the again, that is really exciting stuff.

Yeah, and and both of these moves feel like uh moves that were made to try to win this year.

I I I feel like there are many indicators

uh almost the opposite of uh last year

where we thought the Cowboys were not prepared to enter the season by trading their best player for picks uh right right before the first game.

You know, it was a sign to us that the Cowboys weren't taking 2025 very seriously.

And of course, uh unfortunately we were dead, dead right on that.

Um these moves tell me that they want to do their best

to sort of have insurance policies for the weak spots on the roster.

And for me, RB two and swing tackle

were easily the most terrifying parts of this offense, uh, when I look at personnel.

You know, I feel okay if I need an interior lineman for a couple weeks because I think TJ Bass is uh the B's knees.
