So with that in mind, your goal here is to earn the connection before the conversation.
So it's like a two-stage thing, but it's but still, it's definitely worth it to go through because after all, just like your first degree connections, they came to your profile for a reason.
Figure out why.
Figure out if um you know if if if there's someone who you would like to earn that conversation with.
So now that we've kind of given the overall thought process behind everything, let's get a little bit more directly into the template stand.

So the templates are good.
There's actually something that I used to kind of kind of sort of teach like a long time ago that I think uh that that that unfortunately I didn't think about when we were talking about this and making the uh show notes for today.
But um you can reverse things just a little bit if you're a free member and you're out of those very, very precious three to five uh
um notes and that's you can send a connection request which obviously you won't be able to to to put a note in that but then when they hopefully uh approve you use some form of the um of the message that we just had um you know thanks thanks for connecting i noticed you stopped by my profile i've had a chance
to to look at yours.
At this point, because your first degree connections, though, you can actually put in maybe a tidbit or two from the profile about about what you thought was was was interesting about them.
You know, and and I saw that you graduated from the Ohio State University or something like that, basically.
And then um
And and then you know end it with curious how you found me or or or something like that.
So just because you've ran out of those three to five notes, don't necessarily think, well, I can't I can't do this anymore.
LinkedIn ha ha has locked me out.
You just need to take that note and do it after the um after the blind connection request.
Now you're probably not gonna get as many, so um
