Um he says he often does go in to see who visits his profile and if they fit his ICP, that's when the work begins.

That's probably the most simple way to put it.

Really, really reach out to the people.

If they you know, if they do fit your ICP, or maybe you see a potential um partnering possibility or networking possibility or or something like that.

In other words,

Don't do this to everyone.

Do this to people who will help your business and you can also help their business, whether it's through a direct sale or through networking or whatever.

and ask.

Yeah, like Stan and Brynn look at mine a lot.

I look at theirs a lot.

We're not gonna be messaging each other.

Yeah, I mean I I I I do actually kinda like the the the fact that LinkedIn does does protect anonymity when people truly do want it.

But it does come at a cost for for them at least, because they obviously can't see the people who are coming in.

So so there is a reciprocity thing going on there.

But at the same time

If you're really sensitive about that type of stuff.

No judgment, no nothing.

Make yourself private, one hundred percent.

don't don't even need a reason why, although the the people who who who do do it more often than not have very good reasons why.
