Wow.
Yeah, yeah.
And in recent years, I've heard lots of stories of people who forced it and ended up in hospital and all sorts of things.
So I'm glad I didn't do that in one way.
But yeah, you could feel the pain instantly.
It wasn't something you could do.
Yeah, I mean, there were so many stages of it.
The start of it was definitely that.
It's just nerves and, you know, I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong and I need to, you know, try and try again and relax.
And, you know, and this went on for a while.
And I think you do go into a state of a little bit of delusion when you're in a situation like that, where you're kind of thinking, oh, it'll be fine.
It'll resolve itself.
And then weeks go by and then months go by.
And then you start forming mechanisms to try and deal with the fact that it's not happening.
And it just got worse and worse from there, really.
No, not at the time.
I mean.
It is like definitely even from like a shame or pride point of view in yourself, like as a man, there's definitely an element to that.
And again, I mean, I feel even guilty saying that in relation to my friends, because I know they would have been warm and they would have listened to me.
But there was just an inherent voice inside my head that said, I can't share this for that reason.
