Yeah, I don't, like... I don't know that there's any individual piece of wisdom, because again, I think it's catered to the individual type of person, right? I did a mentoring session yesterday, and woman, business, been in business for 20 years, you know, been ups and downs, you know, and she's struggling right now. And, you know, so I walked her through a lot of stuff, gave her a lot of stuff.
And at the end of the conversation, I said to her, I said, look, here's the thing. I see what you're struggling with. And I literally called out her struggles, every single one. And I could see, like, she started tearing up a little bit. And I'm like, I believe in you. Und es braucht nur eine Person, die in dich glaubt, um dich voranzubringen und zu tun, was du tun musst.
Hör auf, du hast die Fähigkeit, das zu tun. Ich glaube in dich. Drück dich mit deinen Bruststraps, bringe deine Scheiße zusammen und mach es. Und das ist, was ich ihr gesagt habe. Und sie, ihr Gesicht hat sich einfach geöffnet und verändert. Und ich denke, das ist viel von dem, was es ist. Ich weiß nicht, es geht nicht um Wissens. Du weißt, jeder kann Wissens erzeugen.
Und viele Leute denken, dass sie Wissens haben und dass sie wissen, was sie den Leuten sagen müssen. Ich denke, es geht mehr darum, dass du nicht schlecht tust. Du bist da, wo du sein musst. Wir müssen das nur umdrehen. Du tust gut. Ich glaube, du kannst das. Wenn ich an dich glaube, muss ich auch an dich glauben. Ich kann nicht der Einzige sein, der an dich glaubt.
