How many people have actually been to the Red Rocks out in Utah and Wyoming and seen the mountains?

People don't do that, and they really should.

And so being a traveling company where you have that opportunity to see the country, 90% of the people in this country have never seen the entire country.

Um, I think I had a knack for it.

Um, I think, I think you're, I think a lot of people are born with a certain knack for leadership.

They're driven to lead people.

I think there's leaders and followers.

Um, and so that's a belief of mine.

Um, but I think that you also learn through adversity and through your mistakes.

And, uh, I definitely learned for so long.

Do you think it's something that could be teachable being a leader?

Um, if you don't have the knack for it, no, no.

Um, because again, you're being a leader.

You, you can't be afraid of making decisions.

You can't be afraid to take risks.

And that's the difference.

You know, too many people want to be a leader, but they don't want to take the risk.

They want to be a decision maker.

They think too much about decisions and
