Even little things, right?
Like, you know, we talk about, like, oh, the rotate and the cover, too.
There was an interception he had on Matthew Stafford where it was just simple.
It was a basic cover three, except for, you know, you have a flat defender and then, like, just think you're looking at a defense and you're looking to one side.
The corner bails deep.
You're expecting somebody underneath, and then you have to have somebody in the middle of the field too.
He just swaps those responsibilities.
So Matthew Stafford thinks he has a quick, easy out route, and instead that linebacker is bailing into the flats and gets himself a nice interception.
I can't remember which player it was, so there's that stuff.

He'll need an all-pro, but he needs somebody he trusts.
All pro would be nice.
He wants to press.
He won't press if it's not working, but that's what he wants to do.
He wants to live out of press alignment, at least with one.
Not a lot of man coverage.
He's going to attack the run with the nickel, right?

How does he work in the back end is the question of how good Drew Phillips is going to be in this defense situation.
