So there is questions where this is not anywhere near the talent he had as the DB coach at Baltimore and the DB coach with the Eagles.
But it is a lot more talented than Tennessee.
But this roster also has flaws that he didn't have in Tennessee when it came to some of the run defense stuff.

My biggest question is not, is he smart?
Is he better than Shane Bowen or better than this?
I think he's going to be a solid defensive coordinator.
Can he be a great one?
I think that's a question of how do they adjust their own defense and just how is he as a teacher?
How is he as a teacher?
And I don't hold that depth chart against him.
Like I said, that's pretty brutal to have to deal with in your year two.
