So how did you find your flow in kayaking? voice-verified

So, you know, that was ninety eight. voice-verified

You know, by you know, what year did you finally did you burst through and kind of get and figured out like, hey, I I'm pretty good at this sport and then not only that, but then finding that kind of niche that you you honed in on of the extreme and the expeditions. voice-verified

When did that come about and and how did did all that all occur? voice-verified

hit you um like how funny it is that your first like big kayaking video is no big names and because of that you became a big name in the in the in in the industry? voice-verified

But the sport was evolving right then too, even though it was at its peak maybe from popularity, boat sales, sponsorships. voice-verified

But that whole freestyle tour thing and boats coming out every year, like we didn't know it, but that was at the end and you know, you were on the West Coast kind of doing the no big names and almost the same version of that on the East Coast was like L VM, kind of with a similar mindset, right? voice-verified

And they they even had like a video, you know, video killed the rodeo star. voice-verified

And it I don't know that it did necessarily that's what killed it, but certainly voice-verified

the freestyle kind of died off and what came next was the stuff like what you were starting and that's what's been the driving force as far as media and sponsorship now for the last twenty years in the sport. voice-verified
