Uh, somebody who has made his mark as one of the most uh preeminent paddlers in extreme, freestyle, big water, expedition, you name it.
Uh ladies and gentlemen, Benny Marr.

Yeah, thanks for being on B Flow Session.
So, I mean, Benny, like I said, is one of the top paddlers in the world.
He was the 2013 uh National Geographic Adventure of the Year.
He's been the the writer of the year.
Uh he has been on some of the biggest expeditions, uh tackling some of the biggest rapids, whether it's big water uh that we're gonna hear about in the Inga rapids in on the Congo or like extreme um, you know.
Canyons that he's done all over the world.
I mean, you name it if it's big in kayaking, Benny's done it and we're gonna hear uh all about his exploits and uh and about how he got started in kayaking and the the whole story.
