Well, the opposite of perfect flow I call flood, and I don't mean a good flood, but this would be a bad personal flood.
Kinda one of those epic adventure tales that at the time may have been a little scary, but it's one that you get back to the to the takeout and everybody can have a good laugh and it's a great story to tell around the campfire years down the road.
Can you think of one like that?
Right.
Well, I wanna shift now to flow advice and I want you to think about a new paddler, somebody who's getting into the sport regardless of age.
What advice would you give them?
I mean you're an instructor now, so
Sure.
This next question i is geared for those gray haired people that we mentioned that you saw on the Tuck and I see on the Nana Hill and the Koei.
And I normally ask people
What advice would you have for someone coming back to the sport?
But I want to ask you a little differently, because um, you know, I'm sure you've had times in your life when you paddled more than than than others, but what advice would you have for longevity in the sport for people regardless of their age?
And they want to continue paddling uh well into their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s.
I even saw Jimmy Holcomb a couple weeks ago, and you know, he's well in his 70s.
And he's uh still paddling.
Uh he was just on the golly last fall.
So, you know, to continue paddling into your upper years, what advice would you have for people to to maintain longevity in the sport?
Love it.
Right.
