Uh like I said, he's also a school teacher, but uh, you know, still really gets after it there in that potomac area and throughout, you know, the eastern United States and uh so again, really cool to have
Such a paddler who's um made such a mark in the sport and had major impact on so many other paddlers, uh, both through social media and in in person instruction.

Yeah, it's one thing to be a fan, but to rock that Knicks jersey on the water like you do.
I mean, it's it's kind of your calling card.
Yeah, if anybody sees Bobby on social media, you can't miss him in his uh his New York Knicks jersey.

But Bobby tell us how did you how'd you find your flow?
How'd you get started in kayaking?
So so in the D C Potomac area then?
Well kinda take us through your history now of like competitive kayaking and and and then emerging in the sport of being one of the leaders in the sport, you know, kind of maybe over the last twenty five years.
I know like right around that late nineties, two thousands, I mentioned that you and I were, you know, competitors and out there, you know, trying to make it the the dream of being a pro kayaker and all those things and and you certainly achieved that.
a and more.
So t kinda take us encapsulate the last twenty, twenty five years of your kayaking career for us.
They know they did the uh the East Coast tour this year that's called the Paddle South tour and they had five events and I did four of 'em.
It was a lot of fun and they're adding two more next year and and it was it was a ton of fun.
They had a master's class for us old guys, so something to consider for next spring.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's a more deep south, so it'd be a little bit of a trek from the D C area.
So you have to save up some of your PTO from your your s from school there for maybe or maybe over a spring break.
