This is, would be my first equity crowdfunding deal.

So this is something where it's in my comfort zone, but out of it, there's a whole lot of new things.
Equity crowdfunding is a brand new field.
It's not like Kickstarter and Indiegogo.
I mean, you're actually raising equity.
So there's SEC, clients and all that other crap.
One of my more recent clients, and I've worked with him for quite a while, is a guy named Kent Clothier.
He's the CEO of Real Estate Worldwide.
They've got four companies on the Inc.
5000.
It's in the real estate investment world.
It's everything from software as a service to education and coaching to actually done-for-you real estate investing.
With him, what I was really doing is trying to
trying to optimize the customer's journey so that we could buy a lot of paid traffic and convert it.
So, you know, we were spending a hundred, $150,000 a month in paid media across multiple different channels.
