And or you know, they did the first year it was so great, we were so excited about them, they did six hundred thousand the first year in business.
Those are numbers that which have to be disclosed.
And it's a scary process and obviously the lawyers I do not know of any cases or maybe you do.
Have any cases come up like that yet?
I mean back in the old days people would have a great article that would come out and they would black out the earnings clo or the numbers in it.
And um, you know, it like you said, it doesn't take long for people to recreate whatever they want to find.
And um there's enough information out and that's why I think you're finding more and more franchises go to earnings claims.
and putting you know, putting that in.
But and like you said, they're they're only putting s very tiny specific information.
And there's enough stuff out there that
people are gonna make claims for it and I think it's only a matter of time before it will become an ex you know, lawyers are way too smart right now, and especially if you have a
failed franchisee.
They're gonna do anything they can to try to recoup some of their investment.
Well, I think the smart franchise are gonna realize this.
But w in
the scary part is where people who are doing it
that are not part of the process where in the old days
you know, you're worried about your salespeople and your senior team.
