And again, he is now creating a quiet movement over in London because he's mentoring and he's teaching people and he's in the nightclub scene.

And he's bringing professionalism back to bartending and
He too is showing people that bartending can be a career as opposed to a
choice that you have nowhere else to go with.
Right.
Okay.
How do these two visionaries come together in this movement?
In the early 2000s, you start seeing pockets of like-minded bartenders pop up in different cities.
Why is that?
Well, first I'd argue there's the internet.
You know, you're democratizing information.
You're able to share information as opposed to like having to dig it out of a book, right?
And then I'd say people are still reading some of the same old cocktail books that they're hearing about from other people and like different chat rooms and email threads.
You've got events like Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans,
is becoming like an annual reunion where techniques and philosophies and bartenders are all chatting and sharing ideas and inspiring one another.
