And so the world starts to take notice of quality American made bourbon and rice and Tennessee whiskies and

regulations on gin loosen up overseas and din distilleries start popping up.

And by the way, there and you know in in the UK and as well as here in America.

And we've got high quality bourbon, high quality rye, high quality gin.

You've got this foundation for really great things happening.

And on the consumer side, you've got something big shifting here.

It's the expectations.

So once you've had a well-made old fashioned, it's really hard to go back to something that tastes like crap.

I on the other hand, I will drink whatever like the the s if I'm in a setting and I'm in a dive bar and they give me a crappy drink, I don't complain.

I almost kind of expect it, you know.

And if I get a great drink, it's like awesome.

But I'm not gonna go in there and be like, hey, can you guys make me a Manhattan and expect that to be good unless they're like, We make a really good Manhattan here.

And it's like, okay, sweet.

Somebody in there gives a shit about making drinks, right?

Totally.

So now

We've got these premium ingredients and and they go from being niche to now like a baseline.

That's like table steaks.
