If it's just taking one shot of ketone IQ after exercise, one shot of ketones after exercise, that's great.

Try that.

I mean, chances are, you know, you're going to get a small benefit.

I mean, if you just say, if you're using less ketones than what the studies use, maybe you're going to get some sort of benefit.

It's not going to be as drastic.

You're not going to get a 15% increase in EPO after exercise, but you might get a small...

additional benefit.

And over time, those things compound.

If you repeat it, you take a shot of ketones every day after exercise, you know, that could potentially lead to some enhanced adaptations.

So I just think, take the protocols from the study and adapt them to what you can afford, what works best for you, you know, with the realization that none of us, most of us, I include myself in that, are not elite athletes, you know, not part of the Tour de France cycling team that are using these studies where they're just like, use as many ketones as you can.

The studies are a proof of concept that using this dose for this amount of time after exercise works, who knows if other doses would work better.

So that's what I would, you know, that would be my pushback against the criticism is that, well, you don't have to use them.

You don't have to use the exact doses used in the study, but if you do, then you at least have one protocol that works.

So that would kind of be my framework for, for thinking about that.

But man, I really do just find this space so interesting because I,
