If he didn't always do what he says he's going to do, I wouldn't have believed it. But he does. And he was coming off of that massive tour, Dodger Stadium, Glastonbury, just like really highlight moments like in anyone's life. And he was coming out of this with all this adrenaline. And so it feels really mystical and bizarrely beautiful that at this point in my life that this is what's happened to me and Elton in our relationship, but also it kind of makes sense.

It was all down to Elton had this vision. It was like at first he was like, okay, he was trying to conceptualize what it would be. He goes, okay, we're going to be like Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. And then he would call me a week later and go, no, no, no, it's the Eurythmics. And then he would call me a week later and go, no, it's Buddy Holly and Patsy Cline.
