The reason the big guy can go and get the lobbyist is because the lobbyist can get with the regulator.
The regulator can pass rules.
You need limited government.
And the lobbyist can hire the regulator after the regulator has given it a chance.
Because the government is so powerful and putting its nose in so many places.
