There's only 20 days in a work week.

You're like, no, that's a rule that somebody else made up.

We work, we take money in 30 days a week.

So how do we offer things where we can collect money or how do we run dual teams?

So Saturdays and Sundays, we can also generate capital.

Somebody has to be in charge.

And this is what happens with businesses as they start to grow

The business owner gets trapped in doing all the work and hopes the people they surround themselves with are going to set that tone.

But those people have never been in that kind of environment.

They don't work in that environment.

The work-life balance starts to become a conversation all because targets are being missed.

People are pissed they're not making the money they want.

And all that weight starts landing back on your shoulders.

And people are saying, you don't give us the attention.

You don't give us the time.

You're too busy.

You're not giving us the right direction.

I would start today at seven and say target is, if you're going to do 30, you might as well do 45.

Because what you're going to have to do to get to 30 isn't going to be any different to 45.

You could say 25 and say, okay, this is what it's going to look like.
