And the answer is,
I think is all of the above.
The evidence speaks to the fact that we're not really seeing any one assignable cause or type of phenomena.
It is a diversity.
And I think there is evidence that points to the fact that we are experiencing all of those potentially on the ranch.
Yeah, good question.
At first sight of the property, I can honestly say I was speechless.
My first tour of the property was coming in via helicopter.
via my private helicopter and I came with Jim Morse at my side to inspect the property just days before closing on it with Mr. Bigelow.
As we came in to the Uinta Basin and came up on the property and circled the property several times,
I found that it was breathtakingly beautiful.
The diversity of the landscape, the strikingly beautiful backdrop with the Mesa Plateau that runs the entire expanse of the property with cave systems, the old, you know, pioneer homesteads, the waterways that run through the property, you know,
it really is unparalleled in its beauty and its diversity.
You could shoot an entire television series like Westworld or a John Wayne cowboy western movie on this property because it features such incredible landscapes.
And that is one thing that I was completely unprepared for when I first inspected the property was the beauty of the property and how interesting it
and even intriguing the landscape is.
For the first number of months of my ownership and stewardship of the property, I couldn't get over the fact that it was just so beautiful.
And I didn't find it haunting or troubling.
I didn't find it to be unusual, other than unusual in that it presented a very stunning backdrop for this investigation.
But, of course, as time went on and as months continued, we started seeing things.
