a dozen times within a couple hours i was like i'm over this and i called them and i was like no you will get someone out here today and a guy came out and he's like yeah your insulation on your wiring on the side of your house was a little bit corroded so i changed that out changed out the cable heads and apparently there's some box that they install on the side of your house that like keeps outside signals from getting in and your signal from escaping and he's like yeah that was pretty old so i swapped that out and i haven't had any issues since so

Fingers crossed it's not just randomly dropping anymore.
