In that society, if you're kicked out of the tribe,

That's the worst thing imaginable because you die, your genes die.

And so we develop this horrible feeling when we feel left out.

And I think that that is just a vestigial emotion from a prior era.

And so layering that onto modern society, that means most people are followers because being a follower, not rocking the boat, was actually the safest way to pass on your genes.

Maybe you're not number one, but you do get to reproduce.

And the people who rocked the boat that pushed back on the leaders, they're taking high risk.

And so most people didn't reproduce in that setting, right?

High risk, high reward.

And so I think that carries forward and now a small percentage of people go against the grain by nature.

Yes, which is where the weaponized autism memes come out.

In an internet world, everyone's zigging.

You do want to zag, right?

And you want maniacal focus on that counter-narrative.

All of Silicon Valley is based on this idea that you should make non-consensus bets looking to the future.

So like a typical think boy, which I wear with a badge of honor, I learned something

in the world that's unrelated to Bitcoin, and I can't help but just ram it through my Bitcoin lens.

So I was reading about the Native American group known as the Apache Indians.

They settled in the southwest of the US.

And they just have this incredible history, incredible story.
