Because he faced the Dodgers last week.
I was there.
One of the reporters asked, do you feel more pressure facing the Dodgers?
He was like, no, not really.
And I asked him after, I was like, yo, when's the last time you felt pressure?
He's like, I haven't felt real pressure since I was at Air Force Academy before I went to LSU to pitch in the College World Series, right?
Like these, the best of the best don't feel pressure in the way that we feel it.
And I think the College World Series, especially for pitching, is a really good place to learn that.
As it pertains to the hitters, you have to go off the data, right?
You really do need to go off things like contact rate in the zone.
How often are you swinging and missing?
How hard can you hit the baseball?
What's the exit field low?
And how much are you chasing?
