But if you're burning 3,000 calories in a day and you want to gain weight, that means you need to eat 3,500 or 4,000 calories.

The easiest thing is eating.

My biggest thing in the attestment of what I've done is it's 15% what you do in the gym, it's 85% what you do in the kitchen.
