And that's the hardest thing for people listening and family members, isn't it?

You're a truly special person.

And I love the story about the nuns.

I just want people to hear about the nuns more as well.

I'm going to ask you three final questions.

Ciarán, question number one.

If you could go back to your lowest moment and whisper one truth to yourself, what would it be?

Number two, what did Rockbottom teach you that success never could?

Yeah, personally, if I met someone whenever I went, I went into rehab twice, but there's a couple of people I met and like some of them were like 11 or 12 times.

I nearly have more mass in them or respect for them that you're doing this time rather than myself going in a second time that you keep trying.

And I know someone 13 times and now they're over 10 years sober.

So just because it doesn't work the first, second, 20th time, once they want to keep on trying, as you say, there's always, there's no such thing as a hopeless case.

And there is always hope.

Finally, what's the one message you'd give someone who feels like they're never going to make it out?

No one, whoever went out of the room, as we'll say, and went back drinking, came back in and said, I had a great time.
