And in 2023, in the postseason, it was there.

And we have just seen that level of play all season long.

I'm more confident actually than ever, maybe even then, that as teams try to make life harder for Jokic, he is more capable than ever in terms of making them pay.

And I think the number one option thing is going to be more like

the ball's just going to go through Jokic every time.

He's still the number one option, but the number one option to do what?

Create offense for others or to go score for himself.

And based on how teams are guarding Jokic, it may just be like, oh, they're fronting.

He works his way up and sets a screen and Jamal just has to go drive and score, right?

Or just go take advantage of the numbers advantage on the other side of the floor.

It's going to have to be that at times, but I feel as confident as I have since they won the title that Murray is ready to do that.
