Cause I'm sure a million times you've turned on one of the cameras and you just, you know, you're on day five of filming your 17th guest and your eyes are bugging out a little bit.
Like, but they traveled to see you.
You got millions of people watching.
You have a responsibility to get on even though you might want to turn off.
So how do you do it?
Intellectually, it is so hard.
And I've seen you, I mean, I've watched you this whole time, and you know these little things about them.
So you've done your homework, you've done your research, and you're bringing that.
So intellectually, you're so engaged.
That's right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And you've got, I want to acknowledge Lewis and everyone here this because when we talk about responsibilities, people often think that those are things that people don't want.
Yeah.
High performers want responsibilities and the difference is they choose their responsibilities
and they choose how to show up for them.
So they prioritize things that shouldn't be responsibilities.
Like, hey, let me delegate this.
Let me not go out to those dinners.
So part of the responsibility set, like when your aspirational self, I always tell people, it's like, it's not just how does your aspirational self handle difficult responsibilities?
