Hey, keep your eye on this guy.

He's a guy that you want to be around.

And a lot of those coaches on his staff were guys that were at Miami with him.

He didn't on his original staff hire friends and buddies, but he brought a lot of guys back from that organization that he knew and he selected.

But his just football IQ, and you've got a quarterback.

I'm telling you, I've been around a lot of quarterbacks, Russell Wilson, all these guys.

The arm talent of Caleb is, like, insane.

He rolled out to his right and threw a ball down the field, and I just sat there and shook my head.

And now the respect that he has for his head coach is through the roof.

And, you know, I began to see it last year because I saw it in Detroit when he was at Detroit.

So most NFL teams suit out eight offensive linemen every weekend.

When he was at Detroit, three of those eight offensive linemen played for me.

Frank Ragnow, there's an offensive guard, Kevin, and then Dan Skipper, who's a big kid that caught tight ends, caught balls for him.

Three of those eight offensive linemen played for Ben, and all of them would jump on a sword for him.

And when you have players that, you know, in the NFL, the big difference in college and the NFL, well, it's a little bit different now, but at that point, you know, they're providing you a livelihood, right?

the ability to feed your children.

So when you have a coach that you know can take you to a place you've never been, you'll do anything for them.

And I knew Ben had that as an offensive coordinator at Detroit, and now he's got an entire football team at Chicago that's feeding off that.

And I would just tell you, buckle up, Buttercup.

For the Bears, it's going to be really, really good.
