And they don't bring a lot of people up there.

And I can tell you this, the practice that I witnessed, nothing schematically we'll talk about, but like the organization, the detail, the communication, I would say the greatest thing you can bring to an organization is

is communication and consistency.

And what I saw witnessed, in my opinion, 18 years ago in NFL camps, Ben is just on top of everything.

Everybody in that building speaks his language.

And to see the way they're led right now and to see the organization behind it, from personnel to schemes, the Bears have an unbelievable setup.

They've got four practice fields.

They, in my opinion, would be one of the top five facilities and organizations in the entire NFL.

You'd be surprised.

When you go to some of these NFL buildings and facilities, it's a complete shit show, right?

I'm sorry.

But just the way he handles and organizes everything,

And, you know, polls came up to us right away, opened his arms up for us.

Like, I just think those things come back to you tenfold.

You know, so when he was at Detroit, I'd actually, a good friend of ours, Jake Heiser, who's now with the Jaguars, a chief of staff there, had been around him at Miami, and he said,
