I mean, there are a lot of tough decisions.
I'm not going to give you a straight answer there because I think that would probably, you know,
peel too much behind the curtain, but there's a lot of really tough decisions that we have to make.
We try to take all the information we have and put these guys in the best place for them to develop and have success.
