My hope is 165 players or 170 players are all happy with where they are.

My guess is not everyone is, but I try to let them know.

I send a message out when I send the rosters out that

Not everyone is going to be where they are at the end of the year from where they start the year.

We're trying to put these guys and each of them in the best position to grow and develop and achieve the success that they want and that's what we want.

I'm not going to give you a straight answer.

There certainly were some tough decisions, but, again, we have to balance all the information we have and put these guys in a place where they can continue to get better.

That's the goal.

So the goal is to be in the big leagues, not to be in the minor leagues.

And if they're in the minor leagues, then they still have a lot more room to develop and grow.

Yeah.

Yeah, I mean, so in terms of the process, obviously everyone's in Fort Myers.

Players sometimes have somewhat of an idea where they're going.

We try to give a guy an idea, you know, they're competing for a spot and so-and-so at so-and-so affiliate.

But we try to give the guys knowledge of where they're going.

We sent it this past Wednesday night.

certainly not opening day rosters, the active rosters, cause some things can change, but Wednesday night we send that out and let them know and give them a chance for a couple of days to come in, speak to me, speak to our coaches, ask them questions if they're, you know, not happy or they're unsure.

And again, try to be as transparent as we can, understanding that, um, some guys might have a few more questions about where they are, um, or where they're going.

You know, the hope is they, they are very well aware because of all the conversations we had, but, um, I can imagine not everyone's always, uh,

perfectly where they want to be well that's what i was going to ask so obviously some guys want to complain do they do you who do they complain to i mean you can't take all the complaints yeah yeah i mean i don't think guys necessarily complain sometimes there are a couple questions i mean there are some calls i receive from agents about why is so-and-so with this affiliate why is so-and-so in this affiliate and we are again at the start of this at the start of camp and
