Garrett has had his ups and downs in Minnesota, former number one pick.

Very athletic, but not the biggest guy.

And so he had some issues just with, you know, bigger defensive tackles.

If your center isn't strong, your offense isn't going to be strong.

It's not going to be good.

Kyle Manunga is not going to have the year that he had if your center isn't strong.

So I believe there will be a competition.

We'll see what Logan does.

He's kind of an undersized center himself, but he comes out of a program that has produced a great deal of him with a coach that knows how to develop those positions up front.

So I think it's going to be the best fan win.

But I would say there's a reason why Fernando Mendoza has got Tyler Linderbaum at center.

is an important, important aspect to any quarterback is seeing the eyes through a center and making sure that they are basically in cahoots with how they're looking at pressures, blitzes, fronts, all that kind of stuff.

Well, they're always a run first offense at Iowa.

And so if you can't run block, you can't play in that program.

You're not going to play.

And so his ability just to, you know, hook one techniques and reach defensive tackles and get to the second level.

I mean, it's pretty he's pretty good at that.

I don't think he's Tyler Linderbaum, but that, you know, he's

past judgment here, but Tyler, I think, was a little bit more physical, a little bit more ready for action, and he was.

And so we'll see.
