And you're starting to see that, but much, much slower.
There still are a lot of organizations where IT's position is, hey, we got this, there's no problem, we don't have to do anything.
And the C-suite's level of understanding, Bill, is not really what it needs to be.
And there's vulnerabilities.
And I whenever I see it, I point it out.
And sometimes people will make a point of doing something about it.
Other times they'll just kick the can down the road.
But Mike, I'd be interested in hearing your perspective on how you sort of overcame this little cycle that I see where IT just reflectively says they got it because they don't want to look stupid.
The C suite feels like okay, they're gonna
take them at their word and move on and you get trapped with those vulnerabilities.
You're actually very sophisticated and you're not in that cycle.
So how did you kind of get out of that?
You know, the way we evaluate value ads, Bill, we've we've had other sessions where we've sat down and gone over, you know, this is if you're a technology solution, which you know, Black Talent certainly is and there's others, you either have to increase EBITDA directly, indirectly, or defend EBITDA.
And the situation here is, yeah, I mean, granted, if you use the cyber s protection tools out there, you're not gonna get more patients.
You're not gonna get more from existing patients.
You're certainly not going to cut expenses.
These are the definitions of same-store growth that we use.
You're not going to do any of those things, but what you are going to do, just like insurance, you know, you pay an insurance premium in case there's a disaster.
It's the same thing because one of these incidences can wipe out so much, even a year's worth of EBITDA can wipe it out.
So that to Mike's point, yeah, it's not cheap.
