But one of these incidences can wipe out EBITDA, can prevent an equity event.

I've seen it where an equity event was on the eve of occurring and that that destroyed the equity event.

There was no more equity event as a result of this.

And you had to go back to the drawing board for a two-year process to get everything built back up before the buyer's interested in buying it again.

So it's just one of those.

things a l in a lot of ways like insurance that you just you you kind of have to do in this environment that we're in.

I mean, this is not gonna get any easier.

I mean, that's the thing.

It's gonna get worse.

And if you've been fortunate enough to, despite whatever the situation is at your organization, not have an attack and not have an issue so far, really, really good.

But now is the time to get super, super serious about it, do a risk assessment, do an evaluation, and see where you stand.

And there's a lot of things that we can do both collectively.

you know, legally, Gary, others that that could be done to mitigate risk.

So if you know something happens, you're gonna be protected.

But I do think it's getting to the point that it's reckless and irresponsible if you don't have some sort of plan around this because it's just getting worse and worse.
