And the digital comms and mobiles, et cetera, don't help in terms of the number of cases that we're seeing.
They'll increase.
And so it becomes really important, I think, that we continue to appoint the right people in footy.
Uh, and train them up, including players around being good citizens.
I don't necessarily think they have to be role models, but I think, uh, there's an expectation they are good citizens with good values.
And so, uh, that whole, uh, area of, uh, you know, hiring well, uh, then managing little is pretty important.

I think we need to spend more time on that, particularly with our staff.
With players, we go through a hell of a lot of interviews and filtering before sides pick players.
I think we can improve the assessment and employment of other staff.
So that's one of the issues for me, integrity, but integrity matters are the hardest to manage.
And look, I think the AFL is going down the path of more police and less priest.
Does that make some sense?

We have to embrace caring for people and the solutions are found in the caring, not so much the sanctioning, if I can be really blunt about it.
And to a large degree, I think the AFI are going that path apart from one or two areas where they're saying, look, some of the players are taking the pee out of us in the illicit drug policy.
Let's have a look at that and see how we can improve it.
