I think we're heading in the right direction in most areas.

I hesitate a little bit in saying that because I think of concussion, I think of players' mental health.

Are we improving in those areas?

Are we providing enough compensation for players that have been really affected?

And I do believe that we do need to try and increase the pool of dollars that are available for those that are permanently injured.

uh affected by concussion i still think it's going to be difficult for players to prove it and i think there'll be a lot less players who will get a payout because of the inability to be very uh sure about the the football uh knocks have caused the concussion and not other things intervening variables you know might be all sorts of things you know yeah

So that's a big issue still in footy that's going to take a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of money.

I indicated also in terms of the future, just balancing, improving the commerciality

And managing and continuing to get fan support is going to be a real challenge as well.

I think that's important.

Although there's not much said about this, I still think Amelie is an issue, and in particular with our players and their spare time.

We have to be very careful about that in the future and what we do about that, how we manage that.

I think that's up there with top three or four.

Expanding the game nationally with Tasmania, that sets a few challenges, gives us an odd number of teams, which I think cancels out the conference east and west or north and south type of possibility.

I still think there should be a 20th team at some stage, probably from West Australia would be my hunch.

Then you could start considering maybe a conference model.

But I don't see a big change in the way we fixture once Tassie comes in.

We can't play everyone once only.

That's too short.

We can't play them twice.
