There is a lack of cultural competence and a lack of effort to understand and get to know that that is truly how it is.

They deserve selfless service driven by that mission, and it cannot be compromised by any leaning of any sort.
Yeah, it's devastating to put it in one word.
It's not a dramatic statement from where I'm sitting.
I had a buddy on the hostage rescue team.
He's a mentor.
It's still a great friend.
And he used to say, you can't get 20 years of experience in less than 20 years.
So it takes people to work their way from the academy.
And the FBI is a very diverse workforce experience speaking.
And everybody brings something to the table and it takes that because the FBI must be diverse in all ways because you need to reflect the people you serve and protect.
And to lose those experiences collectively in how many people have been removed and unlawfully terminated.
