Uh so uh uh quite a quite a lineup.
Um that's the governor's race.
We'll come back to Kansas in a minute, but I want to switch over to the Missouri side where there's no statewide offices.
Um but the congressional races in the Kansas City area at least, the fourth district, the fifth district, the sixth district, are getting a lot of attention.
Uh as you as you we we don't have to name every candidate.

in that race, but but but Abby, as you look over those races, what are what is standing out to you?
What are you watching for?
Um certainly uh in the sixth district, an open seat for the first time in uh twenty six years, uh where Sam Graves is retiring, uh, but still a strongly leaning Republican district.
Same with the fourth district, Mark Alford, the incumbent.
It's the fifth district that has the potential to change hands.
That's why it was drawn the way it was.
Emmanuel Cleaver being challenged.
What what can you tell us about that race in particular?
Do you see do you see that there's um potential?
Uh let's go back to Kansas where uh the other very high profile race, and you already alluded to it, Andrew, is the US Senate race.
Um and particularly the the Democratic primary with the opportunity that uh eleven candidates are taking to try to challenge uh the the Republican incumbent Roger Marshall.
Um
How how did it happen that Adam Hamilton jumped into the race just a few months ago and sort of immediately took all of the spotlight and and all of the money, it seems, as well.
