And it just works as a a better bounce back and forth for idea generation.

There's massive limitations like I did on that podcast.

Some of the advice it gives you is terrible.

Like when it comes back or it'll give you a script and like that's so generically rubbish.

But

you're f I'm able to filter that.

I know what my voice sounds like.

I know what examples I use.

I know what stories I tell.

So I will transcribe, or I'll apologize, voice note it into Claude, it'll transcribe it for me and then I'll use it to recreate.

So there's just a couple of examples that people can use now to scale their impact, scale their income, but it's a very, very powerful tool just understanding the limitation of it.

As you said, two years when you think about where it's going to be in another two, another five, another ten, it but what's so important, and I love that Wayne Gretzky line, you know, don't scate to where the puck is, skate to where the puck is going.

With with AI, it's tricky because there's no way to know where the puck is going, but you know it's not going backwards.

And people can be resistant to it.

And in that scale framework, the last one is evolve.

And I use Netflix as an

ex example in there how they evolved and with blockbuster and went to quickster and nearly with broke etc and then how it applies to the fitness industry.

AI is the evolution.

It's not going back.

The internet's not falling out of the sky.
