Yeah, man.

Yeah, so I have two podcasts and they serve completely different purposes.

I had three and I stopped one because I removed that program.

It was a top of funnel for an athlete specific program that I was using for those who are going to get fitter and stronger for a specific sport, Gaelic football, hurling, the national sports in Ireland.

But the two that I kept was one, the Brian Keen podcast, which is a bit more of a brand builder, as you mentioned.

It's purely a personal brand play, having conversations.

With experts from all areas, from professional athletes to Hollywood actors to experts in nutrition, training, business, etc.

The Fitness Business Podcast is very much a brand building top of funnel.

And I've got nearly 200 episodes in it now.

Been doing it since 2018.

I've it's evolved in several different ways because it used to be weekly, then I did monthly, then it goes bi-weekly, and and I've changed and evolved it to make it sustainable for me.

But what it's done for me is it's kind of very similar to a book that the podcast pre-qualifies the right people for.

Me.

I'm a big believer in pull marketing.

Pull people into your ecosystem, your frequency and your energy, like I mentioned earlier, versus pushing people in.

You're cold to Yemen, you're forcing people into things.

I don't do that.

It's not how I operate business.

It's not how I grew my fitness business.

It's not how I won the awards in that business.
